Our Client has a requirement for a Package Manager Facility Integration & Requirements Management who will be required to work on a contract basis in Oxfordshire.

Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Package Manager to support the development of facility adaptation and infrastructure projects within a highly regulated environment.
The role will focus on facility integration, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, building assessments, engineering coordination, and the development of strategic project documentation aligned to RIBA Stage 1 principles.

Job Role Responsibilities
• Coordinate facility integration and infrastructure modification activities.
• Manage stakeholder requirements, assumptions, constraints, and interfaces.
• Develop facility layouts and support concept development activities.
• Coordinate engineering studies, condition surveys, inspections, and maintenance assessments.
• Support project planning activities, including schedules, risks, costs, and decision logs.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces across engineering, operations, asset management, and project teams.
• Support development of strategic briefs, governance papers, and decision-making documentation.
• Identify and escalate technical risks, issues, and dependencies.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Project Management, or similar discipline.
• Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, refurbishment, or facility repurposing projects.
• Strong experience in requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing technical interfaces across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building services, infrastructure, condition assessments, and maintenance planning.
• Experience supporting concept development, option appraisal, project planning, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with governance processes, risk management, and decision-support activities.
• Understanding of RIBA Stage 1 Preparation and Briefing desirable.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.

Highly Desirable
• Experience within highly regulated industries.
• Brownfield facility adaptation or infrastructure project experience.
• Chartered status (CEng, ChPP or equivalent).
